Training

About Giant Training

Giant is a CPD registered organisation. Our creative training courses have been designed in line with the Curriculum for Excellence but are also ideal for anyone who uses creative approaches with children.

As well the Expressive Arts, the skills learned will provide participants with the confidence and tools to implement creative activity across the curricular areas / programme of work. If you would like to chat in more detail about the associated learning and experience outcomes and possible cross curricular links, please do not heistate to contact us on 0141 552 8231 | email

I had always heard great things about Giant and this lived up to my expectations. We have all been very inspired by this workshop.

Anne Dick, Manager, JOSS (Jordanhill Out of School Care)

Little House Project Package

Little HouseThis creative play project has been specially developed by Giant. Through

storytelling and visual arts, the project provides children aged 3–5 years

with the space to imagine, create and engage in non-directed play.

Armed with their own creative tool-belts, and inspired by the setting,

stimuli and themes around what makes a house a home, the children

collaborate with professional artists to transform the Little House

environment. Download: Promoter pack

Little House

A delightful creative exploration with early year's children, which provided them with both emotional and artistic development. It was a fun participatory experience, in which the children wholeheartedly shared. The project, skillfully led by the artists, encouraged the children to contribute their individual responses and share group feelings. An excellent project for wee people.
